Bryant, Arkansas

Food that tastes like it was made for people who actually eat it.

Whole-grain breads pulled from the oven each morning. Pantry staples sourced with a stubborn attention to quality. A corner of Main Street where nutrition doesn't sound like a lecture.

Our Story

Not everything old is gold—but some things old are just honest.

1892 Nutrition started with a simple conviction: food should nourish first and impress second. We opened our doors on Main Street in Bryant with a narrow focus—whole foods, real ingredients, and baked goods made the way they used to be, before everything became a compromise.

We don't stock a thousand SKUs and call it selection. What we carry, we carry because we'd eat it ourselves. That means flour-milled nearby, breads that last longer because nothing artificial is preserving them, and pantry goods you can pronounce without looking up a label.

It's a small shop. It's a neighborhood shop. And that's exactly the point.

What We Offer

Things worth bringing home.

Freshly baked whole wheat sourdough loaf at 1892 Nutrition

Artisan Breads

Sourdough, whole wheat, rye, and seasonal varieties—baked each morning from scratch. No preservatives, no shortcuts, no mass-produced uniformity.

Pantry staples including grains, legumes, and spices displayed in glass jars

Whole Pantry Staples

Grains, legumes, oils, vinegars, and spices chosen for purity and origin. If it comes in a package with an ingredient list longer than the product name, we don't stock it.

Seasonal fresh produce arranged on a wooden market stand

Seasonal Produce

Locally sourced when the season allows—root vegetables in winter, stone fruit in summer. We order small so nothing sits waiting for customers it should have found yesterday.

Small-batch honey and preserves in glass jars on a shelf

Small-Batch Preserves & Honey

Local honey, house-made jams, and condiments from regional producers who care about how their food tastes at the end of winter, not just at the farmers market.

Our Philosophy

"We measure success by how many people return with the same bag they brought home in."
